I knew when I first saw @big_ramy that he was going to win the @mrolympiallc Big Rami not only was the biggest competitor on stage but also the most conditioned and from his presentation wanted the show. In the comparisons he was the first to pose and the last to get out of the pose. His side shots And Lat spreads were freaky. Big Rami is a well deserving champion who has now set the standard of the Olympia to a whole new level! Congrats my friend!

I must admit, I’ve never seen an entire Olympia lineup miss their peak… until Friday night!It literally looked like they held 2 different shows Friday to Saturday.Friday night: “The 3 week out” Olympia pre judging!Saturday night: The “I actually dieted and dried out” Olympia finals.And I always said if “big ramy” ever comes in as “medium ramy” he will win the Olympia!Phil had 1 thing he was asked to do… ONE THING! “Phil, just hold in your belly and you’ll win another Olympia.” Couldn’t do it. His patented hands-on-hips, relax legs and protruding gut” pose was on display all weekend.Ramy earned this win by actually acting like a champion and fixing his problems. Phil showed conclusively that he can’t overcome true adversity and unless he’s gifted something, it won’t happen. Something I already knew about him but that now he’s proven to everyone.Ramy is a worthy and welcome Mr. Olympia in my book… if I had a book… but I don’t so let’s just say …Congratulations Medium Ramy!!!
Per prima cosa, il vincitore del mister olympia, spiega che secondo lui la gara che abbiamo visto tra venerdi ( pregara ) e sabato ( finali ), sono state due competizioni diverse. Nella prima ( il pregara ) quasi tutti se non tutti gli alteti erano fuori forma. Mentre nelle finali, tutti o almeno la maggior parte dei partecipanti era in una condizione molto migliorata. Poi, Samir attacca duramente Phil Heath: “Phil, just hold in your belly and you’ll win another Olympia.” ovvero, se Phil Heath solo lavorando sulla zona addominale, sicuramente riuscira a vincere l’ottavo titolo di mister olympia.
Ma, scrive sempre Samir, questo non è successo e durante tutto il weekend del mister olympia, Heath ha mostrato sul palco del mister olympia 2020, il suo problema addominale. Su big rami, invece, Bannout, ammette che il campione egiziano finalmente ha risolto tutti i suoi problemi e questo gli ha permesso di mostrare sul palco un fisico molto migliorato del solito e grazie a tutto il lavoro fatto, ha vinto il suo primo titolo di mister olympia.
What a night . Looking at the scorecard you can see that after a close prejudging Ramy clearly pulled away at the finale . After 6 years of disappointment after disappointment he well deserved won the Mr O. His team with Chad Nichols and Dennis James (posed with Ramy 2 hours a day) dialed him in perfectly. Places 2-4 where only 4 points apart with Curry placing 2nd Heath 3rd and Hadi 4th (Hadi placed second in the finale) This could well be the start of Ramy winning several titles in a row . Brandon did everything right brought a better package then 2019 and still came up short . Heaths troubling mid section after 3 hernia surgeries was to much to overcome and I do not believe he will be back . Ramys biggest threat in the coming years will be Hadi Choopan or Bonac if he can bring his legs up again . Akim Williams placed six and I had him as high as 3 or 4. Great battle for the 7th spot between Hunter Labrada and Ian Valliere both with 38 points after the prejudging with Ian edging out Hunter for place 7. Superstar Dexter Jackson placing 9th at his last Mr Olympia start with a very emotional posing ending with his whole family on stage . Looking already forward to 2021.
Sicuramente JP FUX è molto contento della condizione portata da big rami in questa gara e pensa che avremo un nuovo regno, dove big rami vincerà moltissimi titoli di Mister Olympia. Su brandon curry, JP FUX, pensa che il mister olympia 2019 ha portato sul palco una nuova condizione, migliore rispetto allo scorso anno, ma non è bastata a battere big rami.
Per quanto riguarda Heath, pensa che il suo fisico non si è ripreso dai tre interventi di ernia e pensa che molto probabilmente non tornerà più sul palco del mister olympia. Ma oltre a questo aggiunge anche la battaglia tra hunter labrada e ian valliere è stata molto interessante e questo fa molto bene al mondo dello sport del bodybuilding.

Discussing with @thedietdoc yesterday’s judging. I told him during the finals (texting) that contest is only for 2-3-4th place and that @big Ramy absolutely cannot loose the title. We both agreed that @hadi_choopan is coming strong and could have improved to second place…(which in essence he did, earning perfect 10 points in conformation round, but that was little too much to get him out of the deficit after prejudging. Every judge in finals had him beating Brandon.
Congratulations to this humble champion, the 16th @mrolympiallc CHAMP! It’s never easy to lose something that was within your grasp, but when it goes to a man like @big_ramy one can’t help but to be happy for him.Congrats bro! I know you will make a great champ!
